About JM Bullion

JM Bullion is a subsidiary of A-Mark Precious Metals. A-Mark Precious Metals, which was founded in 1965 is an integrated platform that offers wholesale and direct to consumer gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper bullion, numismatic coins, and collectible precious metals. 

A-Mark is an authorized United States Mint precious metals buyer who purchases bullion directed from the mint. In addition, they have relationships with other sovereign mints including Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Mexico, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. 

Purchased originally under the A-Mark Precious Metals name, they are able to sell these products through their distribution direct-to-consumer channels including JM Bullion. • 1 Customer Review - The review states it to be a 5 out of 5 but when you read the review it appears the customer was dissatisfied with their experience. Here is the review: 

  Fast response from the company favoring the customer's request

  "It was supposed to be a smooth transaction but things got so complicated that as end result I couldn't receive the item and the only solution seemed to be a refund. I waited for it much longer than what'd be normal and what was promised. But when it was finally issued a large amount was withheld without anyone even mentioning about it. I asked to be reimbursed for it but I had no luck. Thankfully things changed and I got notified about the company issuing me a refund for the cancellation fee too. Few days later I had the money into my account."

Final Thought on JM Bullion

While JM Bullion is truly a viable source for you to purchase bullion and coins, we have to consider the reputation overall of the business. Many customers have had no issues and have received their products and are very happy. But, there are several that indicate the company is not the best with customer service, and reputation, and were not satisfied in the end. 

As for an online retailer, JM Bullion is a source you should use to check prices and maybe purchase some products after you verify the premiums. Having such a service to purchase without contacting a representative gives buyers the comfort that they can purchase 24/7 with no hassle. 

As for a Gold or Silver IRA Dealer, we would not suggest working with JM Bullion. Several other qualified IRA Dealers are more suited to work with you and your retirement savings.
