It has never taken them more than 48 hours to ship my products. I rely heavily on others reviews and the BBB. • After an online search for gold coins, we selected BGASC as a competitively priced, well established and reputable vendor. We had some prior BGASC silver transactions that were very satisfactory, but never anything of the size of this purchase. And because of the large size of our contemplated transaction, we called and spoke directly to ****** (highly recommended if you have any questions). He patiently explained the process of purchase and delivery. Our questions and concerns were deftly addressed, and by the end of the call we confirmed for ****** that we would be transacting with BGASC. Our transaction occurred safely, exactly as described and without any concerns. BGASC's communication and updates were outstanding. Whether a large or small transaction, we would buy again with confidence from BGASC.

• I ordered some coins from this company, and sent a complaint to the company email due to something that happened with the order. I got a response from an employee named Shawn (and I have the physical email saved) saying that he was going to send me my next order free via FedEx. That I would pay the USPS shipping and the upgrade to FedEx would be free on only my next order (which was already placed at the time of the email). However, my next order came via USPS. And it took two and a half weeks to reach me. My complaint is not with USPS, it's that Shawn said he was going to send it via FedEx, and my order was sent via USPS. I then contacted the company asking for an explanation. I received an email from a guy named ****** who said was one of the owners. He said that he would not honor Shawn's free shipping request and that Shawn would never offer free shipping. One of us is lying, and it's not me. I have the physical email, ******. So I am not the one lying. It's you, ******, who are not telling the truth. Anyways, I strongly recommend not doing business with this company. How can you do business with a company like BGASC when they flat out lie to you?

  The customer got exactly what he paid for as advertised. He placed an order and paid the standard $7.95 shipping fee for USPS Priority Mail w/ Signature Confirmation. In an email communication with the customer, our customer service representative Shawn offered a courtesy upgrade to FedEx 2-day (normally a $12.05 upcharge) for free (no additional cost to the customer above the original $7.95 paid), however didn't notate the upgrade and the order was sent USPS Priority Mail w/ Signature Confirmation as originally ordered. We apologized for the error in not applying the courtesy free upgrade but the shipment was delivered and the customer made whole.

• This company expects you to follow up on product it delivers! You also get accused of being a felon when the post office loses your package and doesn't follow up with the post office! I guess it's on the customer. My wife was not happy when I told her she's not getting her Christmas present!   Now why would a company send a email addressed to the customer as to why tampering with the mail is a felony! By doing so you are implying you the customer has engaged in illegal activity. This company between the 16th of December to the end of January did nothing to make delivery of product even though we told them on 4 separate occasions via email and phone to no avail! Why is it that the customer goes to the post office on 2 separate occasions to find out it's lost and not BGASC! Every excuse that the post office left a tag on our door (which is a flat out lie) to it's a felony to tamper with u.s.mail. No attempt was made by BGASC to find out where the package is. Again bad company to do business with

  We have already re-shipped the item to the customer that was lost by the U.S. Post Office in transit. Tracking was emailed to the customer. It is a felony to tamper with the U.S. Mail, therefore we take mail delivery issues very seriously and want to make sure we have proper documentation to show our insurance company when we must make a claim. No accusations are ever made, we simply want to express the gravity of the issue and explain why it's important that the customer walk into their post office and 1.) get confirmation that the mail carrier did not deliver it incorrectly and 2.) obtain the lost package documentation. On occasion, a visit to the post office results in finding the package (the most ideal outcome) so it's always worth the trip. If we were in the area we would do the footwork, but we are in California. We hope you are satisfied with your replacement item and that you can understand why we have our policies in place. We appreciate your business.

Although we did that and my wife was livid about going to the post office again on them trying to find it. You have lost us as one of your customers. • The best bullion seller I've found in decades of buying and selling precious metals. They have the absolute lowest price over spot you will find and one wonders how they afford to operate on those margins. This is why the best price requires money to be wired or paid by check. Of course credit cards are more convenient, but there are merchant fees for using those cards and that extra 3-5% matters when you are buying as an investment. When you see a negative review, just carefully read the customer's words and you will see it is always due to user error on the customer's part. People don't read carefully. Let them go elsewhere and pay a lot more for their bullion. All of my purchases have been handled with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. I have absolutely no complaints. Best in the business, as far as I'm concerned.
