Is BullionMax a Credible Business?
A new business to the precious metals market. It appears that BullionMax is a very cridible business that has a few thousand satisfied customers.
We reviewed several sources looking for reports and reviews on BullionMax. We typically search between four and eight sources to get a good indication of the reputation of the business we review.
Searching the Better Business Bureau we found that BullionMax has an A rating and they have been an Accredited Business since 4/26/2021. The BBB notes the Rating of A is relative to the recent business opening and the four reviews giving the business 
each.
There has been one complaint filed with the BBB in the past year. A brief overview of the complaint involved issues with delivery and hold on the credit card and ultimately to close the complaint a credit for the coins not received. Apparently, there were some coins lost in the mail and since the customer was not happy with the response from BullionMax they held payment on the credit card. The dispute has been resolved.
In the sources we researched, there were few reviews on the company that showed them in a negative light. We found that all the reviews were favorable for a company that concerns itself with educating the customer and providing the best customer service available.
Overall, it appears that BullionMax is a very reputable company.

We acknowledge the business has only been in existence since 2020 and therefore there hasn't been a lot of history. But, the business appears to be offering quality customer service, and education to their customers. In addition, they were quick to react to the complaint on the BBB website and remedied the issue with a credit for the items purchased.
