A.J. Finver started working in the jewelry and gold business in 1984 when he owned The Jewelry Exchange in Las Vegas. He had several locations around town and even had a location on the current site of The Paris Hotel.
In 2018, A.J. sold his The Jewelry Exchange locations and started Rancho Gold & Jewelry with Gregg. Having 34 years of experience he wanted to join forces with Gregg and start a new business.
Gregg Finver has more than 10 years of experience in the fine jewelry, gold, and diamond business. A GIA Diamond Lab Certified expert, Gregg also has extensive knowledge and experience as a buyer of Rolex brand watches, bullion coins, and rare and precious items.
Together, along with their employees A.J. and Gregg provide the highest level of customer care and valuation of precious metals and jewelry in the Las Vegas area.

Got to say this place really was worth it everywhere else I went was literally trying to give me Bottom Dollar for the items that I had I honestly did not want to get rid of the items I had they meant a lot to me but you got to do what you got to do in rough times. But honestly out of all of the places that I went to when it comes to gold or silver this place definitely will give you a lot better deal than any of the others I've been to I suggest making them first on your list! Really awesome staff and all around good experience was in and out of there in minutes.

A father & son family owned business. This business does not have their merchandise on display. They do not have a showroom of rare collectibles to browse through. Only a sole poster sized picture on the wall of a few recognizable images found on gold and silver coins.
The storefront is a small waiting room with only one seat available. Behind their secured doors every transaction is given individual attention. The small private area resembles a cross between a confessional box and a prayer room. Upon my first interaction I thought to myself, "Brother forgive me, I had two alcoholic beverages."
After our brief interaction I took another look at the poster. I pondered the meaning behind the randomly selected images. Realizing it was more than just about gold and silver. It was a Family Heritage Picture. At that moment I could almost hear the words of my newly acquainted Brother.

My husband visited several businesses that buy/sell gold and silver before deciding that Rancho Gold & Jewelry was the right place. He liked that they took the time to look at what he'd brought in, which was a large collection of silver coins and bars, rather than just weighing it up. He was pleased with the price he received and thought that Gregg was very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. If we have more silver to sell in the future, this will be the place again. The prices they pay here are competitive and better than similar businesses. Very good experience all around. Highly recommend.
