Central Gets the “W” in Volleyball & Football

First-year coach Cori Smith led the Central Blue Eagles volleyball team to a win in their season opener vs the Southeast Knights. The Blue Eagles swept the Knights 25-13 and
25-23. They will take on Hogan Prep on Tuesday, September 10 at 6 pm.

Meanwhile, Coach David Pittel earned his first win as head coach of the Central Blue Eagles football team Friday night when they defeated the Northeast Vikings 32-16. Central scored in all three phases of the game with an intercep­tion return for a TD, a kickoff return for a TD, and 3 TD passes, including an 88-yard connec­tion from Quarterback Walter Taylor IV to Diante Morton. IL Softball is Back After 40 Years

Lincoln Blue Tigers Football Continues Impressive Start
