Kansas City, Oct. 17, 2017: Kansas City Public Schools Superintendent Mark Bedell had a conversation with some of the most important people in the school system: students.

Dr. Bedell hosted a Town Hall forum with students from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18 in the library at East High School, which is located at 1924 Van Brunt Blvd. in Kansas City, Mo. This forum included about 35 students from Foreign Language Academy, East High School, Lincoln College Preparatory Academy and Northeast High School.

The Town Hall was part of Dr. Bedell’s regular and ongoing engagement process with key KCPS stakeholders. The forum was an opportunity for Dr. Bedell to field questions, concerns and suggestions from the people who are most directly impacted by KCPS policies, plans and operations.
